Thanks to the success of our fundraising (300 million euros so far), we now have more than 530 Manas & Manos located across our 3 offices: Paris, Bordeaux and Barcelona.

Our business platforms are represented in 6 countries: France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany. They carry over 4 million products and work with more than 3,000 sellers highly selected.

As Program Manager reporting to the Platform Engineering you will :
– Build governance, solid plan (roadmap) and entire execution of the programs
– Oversee multiple project teams, coordinate them, ensuring program goals are reached
– Animate Steerco, take decision & action
– Working hand to hand with the Platform Engineering teams & the Gear Teams
– Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
– Provide timely reporting and internal/external communication
– Be the primary point of connection for the teams
– Establish strong communication plans

What about you ?
– Minimum 3 years experience in program management & you know Agile Methodology
– Technically knowledgeable & « a doer »
– Innovative & creative with digital culture
– Data Driven
– High level of English
– Autonomous & adaptable- Humble & curious
– Team spirit & great communication skills
– Bold, Ingenious & Care
