Votre mission

What to expect:

You’ll be joining the Customer Success team, where you’ll help us develop & maintain strong relationships with our existing/growing portfolio of clients. In other words, you will contribute in delivering profitable growth for our business.

To do so you will:

Assist the team in the day-to-day management of the accounts: quotes, reporting, client onboarding, CRM updating…
Keep the team updated on what’s happening with our client’s, our competitors & the market generally speaking
Help identify & translate our client’s business questions into tailored project proposals
Partner up with our acquisition lead & support the expansion of our French & international portfolio
Provide ongoing feedback & support improving internal processes
After a few months, you will have your own clients and build strong relationships with customers. You will effectively manage projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and the clients.

Your profile:

You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or consulting, ideally in a fast-paced environment
You are service-minded and have a good ear when it comes to identifying & understanding customer needs & objectives
You’re a self-starter demonstrating a creative & positive ‘can do’ attitude
You’re fluent in English and French and have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
You have a strong appetite for teamwork: from the way the company is structured (squads) to the way each project is carried out, we promote collaboration at every level to rely on our team members’ personal strengths.
You’re empathetic, open-minded and fundamentally you like building & nurturing relationships

An experience with Excel & a CRM tool would be a plus
