Digital Project Manager Bilingual EN-FR (H/F) Bordeaux - MOONDA

Your missions
MOONDA is looking for an amazing International Digital Project Manager to help strengthen our team in Bordeaux, France. You’ll be managing a portfolio of projects for our high-demanding international clients, in an agile philosophy through the whole lifecycle of a project.

Your mission will be to help manage the customer support of our digital solutions for a pool of clients, and also support the development of some of the agency’s solutions.

At ease with CMS management, you will act as one of the managers for our international support team. You will be working directly with the different divisions of the agency, including technical and creative teams.

Desired Skills and Experience
– You are bilingual in both English & French
– You have a higher education degree and at least one year experience in digital project management
-You have had several successful experiences in digital project management in an agile environment
-You are naturally organised and eager to learn, and are able to be agile and autonomous within a dynamic team
-You have experience with managing a support team (general support, training, recruiting)
-You have some technical knowledge to be able to manage digital projects and make beautiful things happen
-You have used and worked with various CMS and are excited about new technical environments
-You are a good team driver and have a know-how attitude
-You love processes, take initiatives to create innovative solutions
-Fluent in German would be an asset

Missions
-Client management
-Planning, controlling and development of projects for specific branches or clients
-Conception of digital strategy and proposals
-Digital project management in an agile environment
-Management of our site generator platforms
-Management of our Customer Success Manager team
-Writing internal documentation to capitalise on our knowledge
-Management of maintenance releases and providing updates to all stakeholders involved
